Summer timetable
We offer a wide variety of classes seven days a week, plus weekend workshops. Browse and book using the live timetable below. (For the Unity Pilates Studio, you can browse and book here.)
Single classes cost £14 and may be booked by anyone. You don’t have to be a member. But you can save money with class cards and, for more savings, studio memberships. Or if you’re new to Unity, why not try us out with our fabulous introductory offer: 28 days for £28? Details are here.
Studio members and pass holders: book your free Unity classes using the live timetable below.
Under 25 or student? Half-price classes
If you’re aged 18-24 or a full-time student at a recognised setting, we offer you all Unity classes at half price! Just £7 per class.
All you need is one of our free young adult/student class passes. To get one, please speak to one of our helpful receptionists at the Unity Centre (bring some suitable ID) and then, when you’re enrolled, your class bookings will automatically be half price. Eligibility details here.

Indoor classes are usually in the beautiful studio we call Sycamore. It’s large, airy, high-ceilinged and well ventilated, with underfloor heating and lovely, flexible lighting. The studio is also available for hire.

NB Classes marked ‘In Quakers’ or ‘In Friends’ are being held in the lovely Friends Meeting House, next door to the Unity Centre on Friars Walk. Use the black door to the left of the building (not the main entrance). We’re doing this because we’re growing 😊 and we’re trialling this space to provide even more classes.

Class levels
Beginners B
Suitable for beginners. It may also be enjoyable for you if you’re more practiced.
Practiced P
These are for you if you’re confident in your practice. It’s worth checking the class description for details. Classes marked ‘Beg/Practiced’ or B P will be suitable for a wide range of people.
Deep dive DD
These are for practiced students who want to dive more deeply and go further into their yoga. Check the class details to see what’s involved. Not suitable for beginners or someone exploring the early stages of their practice.
