– If for any reason you cannot attend the retreat you have booked, we will do our best to fill your place and fully refund you (minus admin charge). Please note this is not a guarantee and if we cannot fill your place the following cancellation fees apply:
– If you cancel 1-30 days before the retreat you will be charged 100% of the retreat price.
– Prices do not include travel and health insurance. Guests must ensure they arrange their own travel and health insurance where appropriate.
– If Sevanti/Unity has to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances such as a change in government guidelines, we will again either transfer your booking to a later date or offer you a refund.
– By registering and paying the deposit for a retreat, you are agreeing to this policy. Thank you for your consideration.
