Towels
For floats and saunas, please bring your own towels. If not, we can provide a Unity towel for a charge of £5 to cover the necessary cleaning costs.
Age
The minimum age for floats and saunas is 12. 12–16-year-olds must be accompanied by their legally responsible parent or guardian.
Pacemakers
If you wear a pacemaker, please check with your consultant before using an infrared sauna such as ours.

You begin Unity Bliss with a cleansing and relaxing private sauna before coming to the heart of the experience – a full two hour Unity Holistic Ritual massage.
This sacred experience combines holistic massage techniques with deep tissue Indonesian methods, Thai-like stretches and acupressure application. Emotion and memories are stored within our muscles and tissues; massage helps clear unwanted energies and traumas, allowing us to move forward with pure, fresh energy in this present moment. Appropriate essential oils are applied with a scattering of rose petals and the use of Healing and Crystal placement. Sound therapy in the form of Tibetan bowls, quartz crystal bowls and cymbals combined with the burning of sage and the use of aura soma to fully cleanse and soothe the body’s energies. It is an awakening of the senses and respect for all levels of one’s energy system.
And then, to ease you back into the world, the experience ends with delicious mint tea and sweet treats, served in the Unity Lounge.

Sevanti has been teaching private one-to-ones for more than 24 years and loves to create these tailor-made sessions, coaching and plans, according to your specific needs. You’re most welcome whether you’re complete a beginner, well-experienced practitioner or anywhere in between!
To flow from immersive yoga coaching to a comfy treatment couch, ready to receive a healing or remedial holistic massage, reiki or a combination of the two is a blissful, deeply healing experience! The treatment will be bespoke, attending to the areas of need in a seamless way.
Sevanti also works with crystal healing and uses sound – such as the crystal singing bowl or chimes – and the burning of sage, and aromatherapy mists if desirable.

Massage therapies can have much deeper, more profound effects when you experience them on a regular basis, perhaps agreeing a therapeutic course with your Unity practitioner. So to make regular therapies easier, we’re offering a course of five Unity massage therapy sessions for the price of four. That’s one free therapy visit for every four bought or, looked at another way, a 20% saving.

Covid policy
Winter/spring 2023
We remain Covid conscious. If you would like your therapist to wear a face covering, particularly during close work, they will respect your wishes. There will also be the option, if you wish, of them wearing gloves to complement their frequent hand washing. The therapy environment is frequently and thoroughly cleaned.
Minimum age
The minimum age for floats, saunas, facials, therapies and treatments is 12. In floats, saunas and facials, anyone aged 12–16 must be accompanied by their legally responsible parent or guardian. In massages, therapies and treatments (other than facials), anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legally responsible parent or guardian.
