Due to our current circumstances we have temporarily closed our Centre.

However we now have daily online classes with your favourite teachers so that we can come together and provide support and connection. You may use your Memberships, Class Cards or a Donation for a drop in. Also available are FREE light bites which are helpful supportive sessions anywhere between 10 - 30 minutes long, as well as LIVE ZOOM sessions which are donation based or Free if unable to donate ... check out the weekly schedule to register !
